We all have to face our childhood at some point. The one thing I regret is that I didn’t start earlier.

Rachel is my ”bad ass” therapist. She is a beautiful, powerful, tough, and brilliant therapist who pushes you to become the best version of yourself on a deep level.

Instead of just going to many retreats and feeling good afterwards, the work Rachel is doing is laying the foundation so that you can become who you truly are!

Rachel has been instrumental in helping me explore and understand myself more deeply. Through our work together, I’ve been able to identify limiting beliefs and begin the journey toward uncovering my true, authentic self. This kind of inner work is essential for overall well-being. Our health isn’t only shaped by what we eat, drink, or how we move—it’s equally influenced by our thoughts, emotions, past wounds, and unresolved traumas.

I feel truly grateful to be working with Rachel, and I’m looking forward to continuing this journey—developing new tools for emotional regulation, challenging ingrained beliefs, and pushing myself to grow in meaningful ways.

Working on your childhood traumas is important because unresolved emotional wounds often shape your adult thoughts, behaviors, and relationships—often in ways you’re not even aware of. Here’s why it’s worth the effort:

Unconscious habits like:

  • People-pleasing, avoiding conflict
  • Overreacting to stress or criticism
  • Repeating toxic relationship dynamics

Dysregulate your nervous system, making it hard to manage:

  • Anger
  • Anxiety
  • Sadness

If experienced neglect, abandonment, or abuse, you may:

  • Struggle with trust or intimacy
  • Fear abandonment
  • Have poor boundaries

Rediscover who you really are

  • Healing helps you uncover your authentic self

Stop passing it on

  • Unhealed trauma often gets passed in to the next generation through
  • Emotional Withdrawal
  • Overprotection
  • Projection

Relieve Symptoms
Trauma often underlies or worsens:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Addiction
  • PTSD
